Only the items specifically mentioned in the approved quotation or work order will be considered part of the project scope. Any additional work, design change, civil work, electrical work, drainage work, site modification, dismantling, repair, or extra installation requirement may be charged separately.
Design concepts, 3D views, sketches, technical drawings, layouts, and structural details prepared by ShadeCo India Private Limited remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Such documents are prepared for project discussion, approval, fabrication, and installation purposes only.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving drawings, dimensions, colors, materials, layout, site placement, and final scope before manufacturing or installation begins. Once approved, changes may affect project cost and delivery timeline.
Payment terms will be mentioned in the quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, or project agreement. Work may begin only after the required advance payment, written confirmation, or approved purchase order is received.
Delayed payments may result in delay of design, material procurement, fabrication, dispatch, installation, or handover. ShadeCo India Private Limited reserves the right to pause or withhold work, delivery, documents, or support until pending payments are cleared.
The client must provide accurate project information, site access, required permissions, safe working conditions, electricity and water access where needed, clear installation area, and timely approvals. The client is also responsible for obtaining local permissions, society approvals, government approvals, or authority clearances where applicable, unless specifically included in our agreed scope.
ShadeCo India Private Limited will not be responsible for delays caused by restricted site access, incomplete civil work, unsafe site conditions, pending approvals, local objections, weather disruption, third-party work, or changes requested after approval.
Manufacturing and installation timelines are shared in good faith and may vary depending on material availability, design approval, payment clearance, transport conditions, site readiness, weather conditions, labor availability, and other practical factors.
Installation will be carried out as per the approved scope and practical site conditions. Any hidden obstruction, weak foundation, underground utility, access limitation, or additional site requirement discovered during execution may require revised planning, additional work, or extra charges.
Shade structures and tensile products are designed using suitable materials such as tensile fabric, steel framework, cables, fittings, clamps, anchors, and related components as per project requirements. Material performance depends on correct usage, site exposure, maintenance, environmental conditions, wind loads, water drainage, and regular inspection.
Color shade, texture, finish, or appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen display, manufacturing batch, coating type, or natural weathering over time.
Warranty, if applicable, will be provided as per the specific product, material, manufacturer terms, and project agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, poor maintenance, accidental impact, vandalism, extreme weather events, natural disasters, chemical exposure, fire, civil foundation failure, third-party work, or lack of regular inspection.
Clients are advised to carry out periodic inspection, cleaning, drainage checks, tightening checks, and maintenance of tensile structures and shade systems to ensure long service life and safe performance.
Once design, procurement, fabrication, or customization work has started, cancellation may not be possible without deductions. Any refund, adjustment, or cancellation will depend on the work completed, materials procured, customized components manufactured, and expenses already incurred.
Changes requested after approval may require additional cost, revised timeline, and fresh confirmation before execution.
